I’m concerned about purchasing online, how do I know my credit card information is secure?

At Lindner Socks we use trusted payment methods to give you peace of mind when shopping online. We offer our international customers the option of secure credit card payments via Shopify Payments or payment via PayPal.

 

You can also place your order via telephone by contacting us on +612 4832 0202. Our opening hours are 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

 

We take all reasonable measures to ensure that credit card information and bank account details are protected from unauthorised access and once payment is received, the information is destroyed.

How do you ensure my personal information is protected? 

At Lindner Socks we adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) These Principles govern the way we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your personal information. 

 

Consistent with these Principles, Lindner Socks ensures that all personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. 

 

When your personal information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we take all reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information. However, to ensure ease of future purchases some of the personal information remains in our secure client files which are kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.
